My workplace? Worldwide!
Flexibility is the key to success for our well-established team. Because a happy team is absolutely crucial for the pleasant and productive atmosphere in our office. Since April 2023, the workplace of our teammate Carola has changed almost every week. She's out and about in her van, living her best life while rocking customer projects for Sturmberg.
From time to time she even stops by our Sturmberg partners if they cross her itinerary. Three weeks ago Carola was in Portugal, where our partner manufacturers produce high-quality clothing for our customers. Such visits are important for us to maintain a close and innovative collaboration. Otherwise, Carola is looking for a spot with internet access and can easily fit into our Sturmberg office flow.
The entire Sturmberg team is not only super excited about the smooth cooperation, but it also gives our everyday work a real boost.

I've been on the road with my van in Europe for almost two months now and I'm working hard on it. I would like to share our experiences with you and tell you how working together in a team works.
The whole team is behind this idea, so it's even possible that I'm on the road for Sturmberg GmbH can continue working. Thanks to good organization and teamwork, I can easily complete most tasks from anywhere. However, there are a few exceptions such as checking print sizes, checking samples and of course shipping orders. 😉
Even before Corona we were really smart and turned our work system inside out and were therefore able to work from home without any problems even then. The best upgrade was definitely our email program. Since we have a common e-mail address, every employee can respond in an emergency. Otherwise we divide the projects and mark them with colors. Each employee has their own color, so we can quickly see who is responsible.
With this trip I have reduced my workload and therefore mostly work in the mornings so that my clients and the team know when I am present.
Of course, despite the van adventure, we keep in touch all the time. If there are questions or something needs to be clarified, we can simply connect via video call and discuss it.
