Sturmberg presents the AMZ collection for world champion 2016
Sturmberg has been the proud supplier of AMZ, the Academic Motorsport Club Zurich, since 2016. Just in time for the new racing season, Sturmberg developed the new team clothing in the "race look".
The textiles are finished with the AMZ logo and the sponsors' logos. The collection consists of various items of clothing such as t-shirts, polo shirts, rain jackets and down jackets.
The new collection made its first official appearance in 2017 when the two new racing cars were presented: the latest, electric four-wheel drive “pilatus” and the “flüela”, which has been converted for autonomous driving.
Innovation at the highest level
The Zurich Academic Motorsport Club annually develops a prototype of a race car for various "Formula Student" competitions in Europe and always plays a leading role. This includes a world title and a vehicle that drives amazingly fast even without a pilot.
The association offers students a platform to apply their theoretical knowledge to the practical example of a highly complex product. The members get important experiences in the areas of team leadership, innovation and quality management, cost control, project and product documentation as well as risk control.

Sturmberg is proud to support AMZ as a supplier and patron. Since the season 2016 Sturmberg developed the seasonal team clothing in collaboration with AMZ. And this in a matching "race look". The association is financially independent of ETH Zurich and is supported by numerous well-known financial, manufacturing and material sponsors as well as institutes of various Swiss universities.
